In this webinar, we will learn a little about the anatomy and physiology of how the muscles and joints in the body work along with why sitting and our everyday movement patterns may cause pain and imbalances overtime. We will then review some exercises and mobility tools we can utilize to make corrections to the body so we can ultimately feel better i.e., we will learn how to UNSIT ourselves!
