Every day has something positive in it. Some days you just might have to look a little harder. Keep your joy year-round. You don’t have to let bad news and negativity ruin your day. You have a choice about where you focus your attention and how you choose to respond to any situation. Ask yourself, “Is there another more positive way I could view this?” Hundreds of studies have shown that being able to think optimistically is good for your health and well-being. Some other examples of keeping your joy may include meditation, listening to music, gratitude journaling, following your passion, surrounding yourself with positive individuals, and more. Simple habits can spark joy throughout the year!
